With "DepenDance", the Delattre Dance Company illuminates the most diverse forms of dependence in a new thematic ballet evening.
In which areas and moments of life are we actually dependent on something or someone? What can be deduced from this for our actions?
To approach these questions, together with artistic director Stéphen Delattre, guest choreographers Francesca Frassinelli (Italy) and Simon Kubán (Czech Republic) approach these questions in their individual ways and with their very own body language.
For "What goes up?" Brit Connor Scott has won several awards, most recently at the 2018 International Choreography Competition in Hanover. His rousing and humorous choreography, which he has now reinterpreted with the Delattre Dance Company, complements the evening around addictions of all kinds.
