Doctor Krapula is one of the most important and influential rock bands in Latin America. After their successful summer tour 2018 and some support shows for BUKAHARA in fall 2018 , they are coming on tour with their latest album "ANIMAL" in August 2019 to celebrate with us their 21st anniversary as a band.
Their music is a powerful blend of punk, cumbia, ska, hip hop and reggae and features sophisticated lyrics about social issues and environmental protection. Her professional show is so intoxicating that listeners start dancing with the first note and the euphoria spreads to the entire audience. They are an influential and independent band, with more than 800 concerts in 15 countries, 8 albums and a DVD documentary.
Doctor Krapula has already received 5 Latin Grammy nominations and numerous awards, as well as recognition from national public media and relevant music press. The members of the band conducted and collaborated with artists such as, among others, Manu Chao, Ska-p, Seed, Juanes, Café Tacuba in several music and social projects. Doctor Krapula is the only band that has received the award of the National Congress of Colombia as the highest honor for their commitment and activities in the environmental field.
