With boundless positive energy and spontaneous magic El Flecha Negra fill the room. The "black arrow"has hit its target when there is no stopping it and everyone celebrates together! El Flecha Negra is a raging musical river, fed by diverse sources. The musicians from Chile, Peru, Spain and Germany combine traditional styles like Cumbia and Reggae with Mestizo and Peruvian Chicha sounds. A wild and unusual mixture that comes across amazingly coherent and hits straight to the heart! With the current album "Tropikal Passport" the band delivers a danceable and at the same time profound statement that combines South American roots and Caribbean ease. In the summer of 2014, El Flecha Negra started as a three-piece with guitar, upright bass, cajon and three-part vocals as street musicians and developed into an in-demand live band known for their high-energy stage show. In 2015, El Flecha Negra's debut album "Black Forest" was released. They played more than 200 concerts in Germany and neighboring countries. In 2016, the band undertook an acclaimed tour in Chile. With the recordings for "Tropikal Passport" the band sound evolved. With two trumpets, drums, traditional flutes and psychedelic chicha guitar, El Flecha Negra grew into a quintet - A charismatic, multicultural band from four different countries and two continents. In the thirteen songs on "Tropikal Passport" the musicians of El Flecha Negra tell about their wishes and dreams like the growing together of the continents, about freedom and love, about setting off and travelling as well as the freedom to stay and enjoy - it's their personal stories that brought them to where they are today.
