Humppainfarkt Tour 2018 - Eläkeläiset had returned for a second and final farewell tour after a few years of disbandment (Return of the Farewell to Humppa Tour 2014), there is no talk of such ambition at all these days. Why should there be? Because it is still true that popular music has never had such a destructive effect as with these Finns. Humppa, a battle cry as well as a name for a procedure to make other people's intellectual property unrecognizable, is not only a style of music, but an attitude towards life. Solidly drunk musicians exclusively take offence at foreign compositions, no matter what colour they are. Most recently, and on the occasion of Finland's 100 years of independence, their album "Humppa of Finland" was released, it should be mentioned in passing. Rarely has a band stretched a single joke so grandly. Tie yourself to the mast tree and glue your ears with wax, or it will end badly. The sirens were harmless by comparison.
