Helen is actually Tom's dream girl: intelligent, sensitive, quick-witted, charming - but chubby, to put it kindly. Even though he is totally in love with Helen, he prefers not to introduce her to his colleagues at first. With good reason, because as soon as his friend Carter sees a picture of Helen, he sends it out to the whole company by e-mail, which leads to Tom's slim ex-girlfriend Jenny going crazy when she finds out that Tom is dating this "fat pig". But Helen's weight isn't the problem - she's long since come to terms with her fullness of body, and her joie de vivre makes her stand out pleasantly from all the beanpots. Tom, on the other hand, is increasingly put off by the ridicule of his colleagues. In an age of hysterical health crazes, washboard bellies and vegan chili, Tom is confronted with what is probably the most difficult decision of his life: should he stick with the "right one" or rather give in to his environment?
