The Caricatura Museum Frankfurt presents exquisite satirical stage art on the occasion of the Museumsuferfest from Friday, August 25, to Sunday, August 27. The Weckmarkt, located directly in front of the museum, will be transformed into a stage. The varied and amusing program with readings and live performances offers the best entertainment. This time Fil, Katinka Buddenkotte, Gerhard Henschel, Matthias Egersdörfer, Martin Sonneborn, Fritz Eckenga and Ella Carina Werner will be taking part. Musical entertainment will be provided by Christof Stein-Schneider & Gymmick. The festival will be moderated by Bernd Gieseking on all three days.
For the first time, the Sondermann Prize for Comic Art will be awarded during the festival: On Saturday, August 26, at 8 p.m., the gala will kick off with an awards ceremony and special effects, along with Thomas Gsella, Nikolaus Heidelbach, Pit Knorr, Nadine Redlich and Hans Zippert.
