Hmmm, yummy! What was on offer at the last edition of Food Truck Friday on the grounds of the Jahrhunderthalle was once again extremely delicious. And then there was the beautiful atmosphere - you put up with a few drops of rain. Hopefully the weather will play along again this time. Because Food Truck Friday on 21 July will not only entice you with unbelievable delicacies, cool drinks and an enchantingly cosy ambience. All fans of fresh stage literature can also rejoice. This time there will be a poetry slam starting at 7 pm!
Once again, this July edition will feature a balanced mix of the familiar and new tastes: The old familiar and much loved trucks plus new gourmet temples on four wheels have signed up. Once again, you won't have to miss out on the gourmet sandwiches from Truck up, the delicious burgers from Bully´s Burger or the hearty beef and veggie sandwiches in a black burger bun from The Flying Butchman.
And that the food trucker scene and their creativity in food creation is almost inexhaustible can be seen in the new additions. Frankfooder bitch, real Frankfooder or hot Frankfooder? At Frankfoods you can find out what it is.
On the other hand, at Food Truck Friday fresher Krollinger's delicious Food you can not only try regional products, but also some from the Black Forest and Alsace. From Alsatian corn-fed chicken to beef flank marinated with paprika flavors.
At SC Diner Smoke, also a newcomer to Food Truck Friday, there are handmade burgers with products from the region. A food truck with passion, everything here is homemade, from the ketchup to the burger bun.
As a program item in July, slam poet and U20 Hesse champion Finn Holitzka is invited and has a few word art colleagues in tow. He presents a summer slam show with poets who have it all: JAN CÖNIG is one of the funniest storytellers in the region and a multiple finalist at Hessian and German language championships.
LYDIA LUCIA NEUMANN not only won the 1st Darmstadt Student Slam, but subsequently made a name for herself in the scene with fine poetry. RABAN LEBEMANN is one of the regulars on Hessian slam stages and has rocked every audience so far with humorous-ironic observations of everyday life. The whole thing can be experienced at the Food Truck Friday from 7 p.m.
