Get fit and active again after COVID-19

Up-to-date facts and discussions: You ask - Expert:inside answer

Shortness of breath, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, limited physical and mental performance long after a corona infection: according to estimates by the Robert Koch Institute, up to 10 percent of all corona-infected persons suffer from the so-called post-COVID syndrome, often even after almost symptomless and mild COVID courses. To date, the cause of many symptoms cannot yet be explained and thus targeted treatment strategies are lacking.

Leading scientists* from cardiac, pulmonary, brain, diabetes, and infectious disease research will come together on 31. October 2022 at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, Germany, to discuss corona late effects and their treatment options (Post-COVID Symposium). At the subsequent citizens' event, interested citizens will be informed in layman's terms about the current state of research, receive information on how performance can be increased again, and can ask questions of the experts.
