Medieval life like anno dazumal: In Geisenheim in the Rheingau is celebrated in front of the picturesque backdrop of the Rheingau Cathedral the Historic Town Spectacle- a family-friendly town festival for the people.
For originality at the town spectacle provide a medieval market, a historical peasant and land knight camp, jugglers, bards, minstrels and craftsmen as well as guild and show groups. Various Geisenheim associations offer rustic food and drinks on the cathedral square between straw bales.
