With her fresh interpretation of RnB & neosoul and lyrics that captivate with disarming honesty, newcomer Kehlani already caused a stir last year.
Nafter releasing her mixtape You Should Be Here in April 2015, it promptly garnered a Grammy nomination and critics gushed in their praise. Complex headlined, "How R&B Saved 2014," The Vicereditor spoke of "R&B Artist on the Verge of Blowing Up," and at last year's SXSW, Kehlani even made it into the top 5 most 'tweeted' artists of the festival.
Now she's about to release her debut album SWEETSEXYSAVAGE, whose first single Distraction generated over 3.2 million views in three days and now counts over 9 million. Just recently, the RnB star was the face of the new SNIPES Woman campaign in Germany. On January 27th, SWEETSEXYSAVAGE will be released via Warner Music. She will then make a stop here in March 2017 as part of her eponymous tour.
