Between 09.06. und 04.09.2022 invites the non-profit ora da! e.V. also 2022 to the urban open air festival "Go West V - Inner City" in the Güneş Theater (Gallusviertel). The total of 51 events from a wide range of artistic disciplines will give audiences of all ages emotional and spiritual insights into the various facets of the cultures and movements we experience in our cities. In cooperation with the International Theater Frankfurt, the International Federation Frankfurt, the cinema of the DFF and the "Supa Dupa Fly" - project, the Güneş Theater in close collaboration with KunstInAnderenRäumen has put together a diverse program.
On this evening, Güneş Theater is staging an autobiographical-documentary play about Nazim Hikmet Ran's diverse life and work using fragments from his novels, plays, poems, fairy tales and fables. The production aims not only to trace the vita of this important Turkish poet and founder of modern Turkish poetry, but also to trace his journeys into the various arts and worlds of thought.
