It is quite cold. Fog hangs over the small idyllic village in Franconia. On one of the farms, a rooster loudly greets the morning. Warm light falls from the windows and mixes with the tentative rays of sunlight that fight their way through the wintry mist. Engine noises suddenly break the rural idyll. The black van on the side of the road comes to life. The headlights pointed like eyes into the distance. Towards the cities, the metropolises. It's time. Good Weather Forecast is going on a club tour. With them are the songs from their latest album Superhumans (Starwatch Entertainment). Songs that don't sound like Franconian tranquility. Much more like the metropolises of this world. The single "Superhumans" is as big and dazzling as New York. Songs like "House Of Cards" and "Even If" with their urban sound rather remind of the dirty streets of Berlin. "Dancing with Dragons" is a smoky pub in London and "Steal Your Time" is the pulsating life in LA. Each song a different world. As diverse as life itself. One can look forward to the live realization of this record. Especially since the guys from Good Weather Forecast have an impressive live experience with over 500 concerts on three continents to fall back on. That much is for sure.
