After "Kreativ Welt", "VELOFrankfurt" and "Frankfurter Automobilausstellung", the Frankfurt Media Group is now launching its fourth regional public fair. The "gesund leben" shows on 29.02. and 01.03.2020 in the Jahrhunderthalle Frankfurt how to feel good and keep fit in every phase of your life.
Whether classical medicine, alternative healing methods, varied nutrition or regular sports - many factors influence personal health. With the six theme worlds of health, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, travel, wellness & beauty, the gesund leben trade fair offers individual advice and information on all aspects of healthy living.
On a total of 6,000m2 of shopping and exhibition space, visitors can expect, among other things, health checks by pharmacies or medical supply stores as well as treatment and therapy offers from clinics, doctors and alternative practitioners. Fitness studios and clubs will present training methods and trend sports to get and stay fit. Nutrition experts provide information and advice on allergies, diets or vegan eating styles. Also cure or active journeys, which do well and purify, are represented. And naturally everything counts to the fair offer, which makes the life still more beautiful, like for example Kosmetik, clothing or well-being products. In addition, expert lectures and hands-on activities invite visitors to stay and test.
The health fair is aimed at a broad target group of health-savvy people from the Rhine-Main region. It is open on 29.02. and 01.03. from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
