Even at over 60, Heinz Rudolf Kunze is still regularly drawn to "get out on the road". With the opening number of the album "Schöne Grüße vom Schicksal" the rock poet not only provides the motto for the tour but also celebrates, in proper style with Springsteen piano, the departure and the everlasting love for his audience.
On "Schöne Grüße vom Schicksal" Heinz Rudolf Kunze has, through the numerous solo performances of the past years, once again completely rediscovered his voice as an instrument with which he can now tell of the damaged, of the wonderful life and challenge fate to a duel. He cheers! He sighs! He condemns! And he sings - perhaps better than ever before.
The tour for the album takes Heinz Rudolf Kunze and his band VERSTÄRKUNG to numerous stops across Germany. His fans can look forward to fantastic live concerts and probably the best KUNZE of all time!
The new album - Kunze's thirty-sixth since 1981 and the first on Electrola / Universal Music - aligns "Schöne Grüße vom Schicksal". Fifteen tracks in all. Songs that tell of resignation to fate as well as of indomitable defiance; of the blows you don't see coming as well as of the moments when everything is perfect and the cunning of reason gives you a smile. In short: music for the best of all possible worlds.
