The Other are considered the most famous horrorpunk band in Europe. For many years the five monster rockers have been making stages from Los Angeles to Moscow unsafe and in 2015 they released their highly acclaimed sixth album "Fear Itself" (Steamhammer/SPV), which according to critics is considered their best work. The album was promoted with extensive touring in Germany, England, and the U.S. The Other also wowed audiences at festivals such as Wacken, Summer Breeze, Mera Luna, WGT, and Amphi.
The Other was seen performing alongside acts such as Alice Cooper, Bela B., Misfits, The 69 Eyes, The Cult, Eisbrecher, Jennifer Rostock, Deathstars, The Damned, Christian Death or Wednesday 13, but also on the TV stage with Joko & Klaas as well as in performances in various shows from MTV and ARTE to SAT1 and RTL. No wonder, because The Other always deliver horror fare with heart and soul, recently even via PANINI, who launched a The Other comic. Their mixture of dark punk rock with a strong metal edge and gothic atmosphere just keeps finding more and more open ears and willing victims.
Bloodsucking Zombies From Outer Space, consisting of Dead Gein (vocals, stand-up drums), Mr. Evilize (guitar, vocals), The Reverend Bloodbath (guitar, keyboard, vocals) and Dr. Schreck (double bass), is a horror punk and psychobilly band from Vienna. More than that, since a few years the Austro-Zombies, formed in the early noughties, are breaking all genre and other boundaries. As a label for their enormous output the band itself uses "Horrorbilly", in 2015 they won a "Amadeus" Award in the category Rock & Metal (Hard'n'Heavy).
