The 60th Hessentag is for Pfungstadt a "Jubiläums-Hessentag"! Because in 1973, the city was allowed to host the Hessentag already once - all the nicer to repeat the whole thing now 50 years later once again.
During the 13th Hessentag 1973, about 160,000 visitors were counted on the 9 event days - a great celebration for the then largest municipality in the district of Darmstadt. And 2023? Over 10 days, up to 600,000 visitors are expected and up to 1,000 great events throughout the city at numerous locations. All this adds up to: An unforgettable event for young and old!
