The MoodMakers, H3P and C309
Since September 2017, up-and-coming musicians have been taking to the stage - at BandsNight you'll see three bands at once, and very different ones at that:
When you see The MoodMakers live, you can expect mood music in all facets: from music that goes straight to your feet, to melodies that stay in your ear, to songs that create a moody atmosphere. The band was founded in 2016 by five students of the HfMDK Frankfurt.
When the guys from H3P take the stage, the turntables are fired up, the amps are turned up full and fat verses are let loose. Hip hop, rock and reggae fuse into a lush sound to nod along to and bounce to.
C309 are called like their rehearsal room in the HfMDK, because that is their common denominator and also the place where their passion is at home. The five-piece Frankfurt band found each other in 2013 and have been living music together ever since. Their unique selling point is the fusion of elements from rock, jazz and funk into progressive rock. This extraordinary mixture convinced jury and audience alike and brought C309 into the top 6 of the best bands of the Germany-wide SPH band contest 2015. At the end of 2016, the five students released their first self-produced studio album "Ready For The Outcry".
