Randy Fox - a well-known personality in the house scene for 20 years now, although he has made himself a mystery for years. He always changed his artist aliases like underpants, because it's all about the music for him and not about a personality.
Today he sees it a bit more relaxed and has learned that a good set also includes a certain amount of entertainment. We've seen this guy pull the seat of his pants out of many a DJ colleague with his poignant, pumping collection. And it just had to happen that this rather reserved guy played several times in top places like Panorama Bar, Tresor, Robert Johnson, Club Der Visionäre etc..
Hereby, to this day - almost exclusively - the rumbly-subtle Detroit-Chicago-NewYork attitude is preferred and its dirtiness is brought to punk with tender heartbreak. Disco and soul from the late 70s to the dawn of house are also a passion of his. Moreover, these sounds can be found since two years on his label Implosive Records, which he founded together with Einzelkind and Robin Scholz.
