You want to work out, train efficiently and have fun at the same time? Then take part in our hula hoop fitness course with Guinness World Record holder Alesya Gulevich. The course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. One hour of intensive training, followed by a cool down and relaxed exchange.
EQUIPMENT
Changing facilities are available on site. If possible, please bring a towel and something to drink. We will provide you with hula hoops on site.
MEETING POINT
Admission is between 18:00 and 18:30 on the first floor at An der Welle 8.
