The "Weiße Rössl" at the Wolfgangsee is firmly in Arabic hands and converts to the "Arabic Rössl". There's still yodelling and schuhplattelt - but which guests are in lederhosen? Leopold may still be the pompous Austrian head waiter, but his adored landlady is from Dubai (or at least pretends to be, to accommodate her guests). The menu sounds Austrian, but they're out of roast pork! The regulars are no longer Piefkes either, but loden-fanatic Orientals, and the cute little Klärchen is now called Jamila, but is just as cute in a burkini as she once was in a bikini.
