After the outstanding performance at the "Summer Night at the Schloss" 2017, the Jimmy Reiter Band comes to the Neues Theater for an exclusive concert date. Young blues guitarist Jimmy Reiter is now a fixture on the international blues scene. With Jasper Mortier on bass, Björn Puls on drums and Nico Dreier on electric piano, Reiter has now gathered a terrific band around him. The elegant, powerful and urban electrified blues sound is currently thrilling critics and audiences alike. In July 2017, the band was awarded the "German Blues Award" as the best blues band in Germany. The current repertoire of the band forms a coherent and varied whole beyond stylistic boundaries. Jimmy Reiter and band sound at times bluesy, sometimes funky, but certainly always themselves.
