Jürgen B. Hausmann - Wie jeht et - Et jeht

Jürgen Hausmann entertains again with wonderful "cabaret directly from the front door", throws his lovingly comedic look into kitchens, clubhouses and music chests and takes all the popular sayings, phrases and wisdom that belong to every cultivated conversation between door and corner, over the garden fence or at the cheese counter. As banal as such sayings may sound, they often contain surprisingly profound insights, of this the cabaret artist is convinced. "Heut und morjen noch, dann hammer widder übermorjen!", reveal to the Rhinelander, for example, the sheer unfathomable riddle of time. The certainty, "dat man de Leute nur vor d'r Kopp kuckt", has already saved many a marriage. And in Hausmann, a former teacher, it at least gave hope that there is more in the minds of today's students than some schoolyard talk might suggest.

Hausmann, who will celebrate his 50th birthday in 2014. He also likes to reminisce with the audience about the good old days, when people still made themselves comfortable on the corner bench in the kitchen and the TV world was still intact - except, of course, in Dallas, Denver and the Black Forest Clinic. And you're right in the middle of one of his wonderfully over-the-top stage acts: Professor Brinkmann, the Mon Chéri of medicine, hurries between Black Forest kirsch and kirsch to the next emergency .

Whether it's a TV evening, a hit party or house cleaning - Hausmann manages to capture the comedy of everyday life.
This is precisely the great strength of Jürgen B. Hausmann. Because thanks to his excellent powers of observation and his flair for comedy, the cabaret artist transforms everyday situations and people like you and me into accurate, amusing stories and genuine originals. Or wraps them in his delightful vocal numbers, in which he is supported by his long-time musical partner Harald Claßen.

Jürgen B. Hausmann is actually three people: His students know him by his real name "Jürgen Beckers" as a teacher of Greek, history and Latin. The carnivalists love him as "Ne Hausmann", whether in the hall at the meetings of the big Rhenish carnival clubs or on TV at "Karneval in Köln" or "Düsseldorf Helau". And as a cabaret artist, under the pseudonym "Jürgen B. Hausmann", he has long been a fixture on stages and on TV.

On his last program "Isch glaub' et Disch!" the audience reacted so enthusiastically that the cabaret artist unceremoniously extended his tour by a year and the WDR has already broadcast the program several times.
Even 3sat showed "Isch glaub' et Disch!" with great success. His 2013 Christmas special "D'r Baum fängt am Nadeln" was also completely sold out within a very short time and shortened the wait for Christmas Eve for WDR viewers last year.

In general, the Alsdorf native is a welcome guest on TV, whether on "Blötschkopp und die Rampensäue", on "Stratmanns" at the bar or in the "Zimmer frei" flat of Götz Alsmann and Christine Westermann, which he visits again and again as a guest comedian even after his first invitation. On the occasion of his 50th birthday, WDR television even dedicated a separate portrait to him: "Jürgen Karl Beckers genannt Hausmann".
