It's honest stories from life that the Munich singer and songwriter Julia Kautz tells in her songs - beautifully packaged in poetry pop with a lot of feeling! She used to travel the world as chief reporter of BRAVO and interviewed world stars like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga or Bruno Mars. Today she is on the other side herself and is a musician all the way. But Julia Kautz doesn't only write songs for herself, she also writes hits for other artists like Luxuslärm or Max Mutzke and could already celebrate international successes - among others with a number one in Japan!
In the last two years she was intensively on tour with her band as support. Especially with her buddy Wincent Weiss, with whom she also writes songs. And thus drew attention to herself.
In February 2018, she played her first sold-out headlining concert in Cologne! And now the logical consequence: It follows the first own tour in autumn 2018 - across Germany, Austria and Switzerland! On 26.10. she will fill the nightlife in Frankfurt am Main with her emotional songs with a lot of love!
"To stand on stage and look into the shining eyes, to hear how the audience sings along the own lyrics, is the most beautiful feeling in the world. That's exactly why I write songs", Julia Kautz enthuses. That's why she can hardly wait to go on tour this fall.
"Achtung Baby, es geht los!" - that's the name of their first tour of their own. A rewritten line from one of her songs.
Her songs tell very personal stories from her life. Her last single, "In Love with Kurt Cobain," was an ode to the nineties and the best friends who stay while trends come and go. Her song "Meine Stadt" became the anthem of her hometown Munich and ran on high ration in cinema, TV, radio and internet. Soon she will release a brand new single "Wieder Engel", which - as well as many other, new songs - she will of course have in her luggage during the tour. Watch out baby, here we go!
