Ampersand harmonica duo "Klein Hermann" plays old school acoustic blues. The repertoire includes the original styles of Delta Blues, Piedmont Ragtime and early Chicago Blues.
Ebi Klein (Harmonica & Vocals) plays the acoustic harmonica of the old masters as adeptly as the electrically amplified harp, coined by Little Walter. Henrik Hermann (guitar & vocals) feels at home in the style of his idols Lightnin' Hopkins, Big Bill Broonzy and Blind Boy Fuller, which shows in his powerful guitar playing.
After they got to know each other during joint performances on various session stages in the Rhine-Main region, they now make music together and interpret pieces of the old country - blues heroes from the 30s and 40s.Blues
