The year 2018 is a very special one for Inspector Kluftinger - and for his authors Volker Klüpfel and Michael Kobr: 15 years after the first novel "Milchgeld" the tenth case with the oddball Allgäu investigator is published.
Something like that must of course be celebrated properly. With the new book and the "anniversary reading tour" the author duo looks far into the past of their main character and gets to the bottom of the question of how Kluftinger became who he is - and how they themselves have put up with each other for so long without murder and manslaughter.
What they bring to light in the way of the bizarre, the funny, and the insincere, will once again cause their audience to burst out laughing. It is not for nothing that the two are known for readings that are not really readings at all, or rather much more: humorous exchanges between Klüpfel and Kobr - or rather Langhammer and Kluftinger, a lot of acting talent with which the authors bring their characters to life, plus a typical Allgäu mixture of grant and cosiness, malice and winking, Langhammer's laptop and Kluftinger's leather trousers.
Compulsory program with laugh guarantee and best entertainment in any case for all fans of the unmistakable Commissioner Kluftinger - and for all newcomers an ideal opportunity to finally dive into his very special Allgäu cosmos.
