Under the name "KOTID" (Korea's Dance in Germany) a dance festival is now presented for the second time in Frankfurt, organized by Eukatanz. The organization Eukatanz under the artistic direction of Jin Hee Mo has been bringing Korean artists to Europe for years. Furthermore, it helps to organize performances of Quranic groups in Europe,
You as an audience can experience different stages and dance styles of professional choreographers and dancers who are currently active as dancers in Germany and in Korea. You will also meet Korean dance students who are studying at various universities in Germany and Austria. Thus, Eukatanz wants to present the power and future of Korean dance in Germany and show that dancers of different styles and generations can form a community through the medium of 'dance' and that this community has the power to realize common visions through the values shared within it.
You will not only learn about Korean dance on both evenings, but also experience ballet and modern dance in a new way..
The programs of the dance evenings are different, there are solo pieces, duos, trios and a group piece.
