LaBrassBanda will go on "Around The World Tour" again from March 2019: Germany, Thailand, Japan and especially Australia are already on the schedule. Down Under, they will accompany Caravãna Sun on their tour. In return, the Australian Sunnyboys will travel with LaBrassBanda through selected beer tents in Bavaria and Germany. When condensation drips from tent walls or open airs are transformed into big dancefloor areas, then LaBrassBanda is usually "in da house". The vogelwuide and in the meantime worldwide known Chiemgauer Combo brings every hall to a boil and the visitors always out of their minds. Usually it only takes a few songs of this high-speed brass band to electrify the audience: Singing, grooving, clapping - by the end of the concerts everyone is in a single frenzy, T-shirts on and in front of the stage sweaty, the bare feet of the musicians (and also some fans) hot and black. Everyone celebrates along, whether at Chiemsee, in Tokyo or Rio. And in 2018 alone, there were more than 100,000 of them! The energetic sound of techno, ska, reggae and punk rooted in Bavarian brass music ignites all over the world, even if you don't understand the lyrics. What LaBrassBanda blows from the stage is pure energy that goes straight to the heart and hips. This has not changed since the whispering about an insider tip somewhere at the Chiemsee in 2007 until today. Stefan Dettl and his musicians are still not a bit tired after 12 years, rather surprised for the 10th anniversary in 2017 with a fresh album, which they presented in a sold-out Olympiahalle, "Around The world" presented live in over 70 concerts and countless beer tents in the home country and throughout Germany with it almost to take off. Trachtler celebrate with hipsters, guys in lederhosen go just as steep as girls in Motörhead T-shirts, clichés about folk brass music literally dissolve in steam. Live, they simply hit top form, whether in Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, North America, Brazil, Morocco, Portugal or in Bavaria. That's why they'll be back on tour from March 2019, touring Germany, Thailand, Japan and especially Australia. This may not least be due to the fact that the 2017 newly acquired friends of the Australian band Caravãna Sun have already been on stage with them a few times last year. Since the exuberant and cheerful skaband harmonizes so well with LaBrassBanda, they wanted to tour their homeland together. "As a rock'n'roll live musician, I always look forward to the next tour. We will celebrate it as if it were the last!" assures Dettl. LaBrassBanda are without a doubt one of the most successful brass-pop bands in the world. What initially started as a revolution in the south of Germany, brought the entire republic to dance at the latest at the Eurovision Songcontest 2013 and now half the world. And so the band around Stefan Dettl already counts two gold albums of their own and played since the foundation 12 years ago more than 1,100 concerts worldwide - always barefoot and in lederhosen.
