When friends of US-American melodic harcore and punk rock get into the shop talk, it usually doesn't take long until the name Lagwagon comes up. The band around founding members Joey Cape and Chris Flippin has stood for a powerful, wonderfully melodic sound for almost 30 years now and is still one of the flagships of the highly renowned punk label Fat Wreck Chords. After NOFX, the formation of label boss Fat Mike, Lagwagon were the first band to be signed there with their debut album "Duh" (1992). After a 9-year hiatus, it was finally time to get back on the "wagon" in 2014 with the powerful and long-awaited album "Hang" from the punk rock veterans. After a European hiatus last year, the Californians are coming across the pond for a good 3 weeks this August and you can look forward to their energetic performance once again.
