After their last album "Two Windows", another masterpiece by Lali Puna - the EP "Being Water" (Morr Music) - will be released on March 1st. The Weilheim-based electro-pop band around singer and keyboardist Valerie Trebeljahr, drummer Christoph Brandner and electronic musician Christian Heiß has been around since 1998. With "Two Windows", Lali Puna's knotty indietronica sound was oriented more towards the dance floor after the departure of Markus Acher (The Notwist), without losing the joy of experimentation. With "Being Water" Lali Puna again delivers timeless and distinctive between pop and electronic. Four songs - equally impressive and catchy as they are self-reflective and understated.
