As one of the most beautiful festivals in the region, the four-day folk festival attracts around 400,000 visitors to the spa town every year. The Bad Homburg Lantern Festival is a fair and a folk festival at the same time and offers a wide range of sales, events and attractive leisure activities for the whole family. On the festival mile, which stretches over the entire city centre, from the town hall to the fairground at the Heuchelbach, there are about 220 stalls and shops waiting for your visit. At the snack and beverage stands a rich culinary offer and a huge selection of beverages are provided. On the stages at the Kurhaus, Waisenhausplatz, Marktplatz and in the old town a varied music program for everyone is offered on every festival day from 19:00 o'clock. In the amusement area on the fairground at the Heuchelbach, modern, fast-paced high-tech rides, family rides, amusement rides and various children's carousels are set up for you. A brilliant fireworks display in the Jubilee Park will see you festival-goers off on Monday evening until next year.
