Next year, Germany's most popular celebrity dance carousel spins again: the RTL success format "Let's Dance" thrills several million TV viewers for the 12th time. In 2019, however, the TV show is not enough, because in November "Let's Dance" comes live to 15 German cities and will conquer the stages of major concert arenas. The well-known jury around Motsi Mabuse, Jorge González and Joachim Llambi will give their verdict live every evening. Also present: the most popular professional dancers from the TV show, many other celebrities and of course Daniel Hartwich, who will lead through the show as host.
Who has not wanted to be part of Germany's most popular dance show - to experience the tension, the fighting spirit, the glamour up close? Who hasn't wanted to be there live when the jury makes its decision? And who hasn't wanted to be there when the most beautiful dances are performed live? All this will be possible in autumn 2019 during the live tour of "Let's Dance".
Since 2006, the enthusiasm for "Let's Dance" has been unbroken. Fates and moments of surprise - tears of emotion, of excitement, of disappointment. Let's Dance" has it all and more! It is not only the performance - the dancing - that is in the foreground, but it is the passion, the stamina, the cohesion. And a jury that shares exactly this passion for dancing, lives and transports it uniquely.
"Let's Dance" is an adaptation of the successful BBC format "Strictly Come Dancing", which was first broadcast in England in 2004. Since 2008, the hit format has also toured concert halls in England and Ireland. Two years later, after TV broadcasting in England, it also spilled over to Germany. With success. Since its launch, 126 celebrities and 47 professional dancers have danced their way into the hearts of TV viewers. Not to mention the nearly 5,000 show outfits, tons of confetti and thousands of rhinestones.
