Discover music from around the world and sculptures spanning 5,000 years - and right in the middle of Frankfurt! This summer, LIEBIEGHAUS LIVE is all about sounds from around the world, from Latin American grooves to Afro-blues and indie pop. The audience goes on a musical world tour in Frankfurt's most beautiful garden and is transported to distant times by art experts in the sculpture collection.
Today you can expect a mixture of Afro-fusion, jazz and blues with the Yvonne Mwale Trio The Zambian Afrosoul singer moves quite naturally between tribal music, soul and jazz - and also drops in on the funk along the way. Musically, Yvonne Mwale has always brought her own perspectives to her compositions, developing an individual style along the way. She has left the challenges she has faced in her life far behind and welcomes an exciting future with open arms.
