Lied song is the art of creating entire stories in just a few minutes. In our Liederabend series in the foyer of the Staatstheater, this time soprano Katharina Konradi takes on this task. First prize winner of the 2016 German Music Competition, she has been singing at the Hessisches Staatstheater since 2015 with roles such as Pamina ("The Magic Flute"), Susanna ("The Marriage of Figaro") and Morgana ("Alcina"). With pianist Georg Michael Grau, the soprano creates a program of songs and songs without words for piano by Richard Strauss.
