Nothing is Live Tour 2017 - Somewhere between punk, indie, NDW and pop, minimalism meets melody - that's where we find Love A, advice-less and sometimes restless cynics (consequently the last romantics) who came together after sniffing glue together for the first time in a Hamburg school toilet. An alternative historiography says that the band got together in Trier in early 2010 as Love Academy, but soon abandoned that name due to trademark concerns and traded it in for Love A.
Since then, it's been one of the most important allies in the fight against the rampant stupidity and banality out there. What's it about? About feelings. All of them. From the very top to the very bottom within 7 shots. About meandering melancholy and precise pop. Nothing is new with Love A. Except "Nothing is New" - the name of the latest album released barely two weeks before this show, nicely on our old homies at Rookie Records. Opening the evening is Keele, also releasing on Rookie.
