Luise Kinseher's new cabaret program deals with a question of global proportions: What significance does Bavaria have when viewed from outer space? And what significance does it have for the world? Bavaria barely fits on a moss-green beer mat, which disappears into the deep uniform blue of the planet with just three clicks on Google Earth. The Bavarians themselves are nothing more than an exorbitantly small part of the parasitic human infestation that the earth has been suffering from for about 15 million years. You would have to look through a microscope of immense proportions to discover anything else.
Luise Kinseher, known as Mama Bavaria from the Nockherberg, can't take this lying down, of course, and for her current cabaret solo she has retreated to a distant extraterrestrial observatory in the middle of her big heart and looked at it globally in and of itself: How does the Bavarian mantra "Mia san Mia" actually affect a flock of sheep in New Zealand? Is it really true that every time a Bavarian flag is consecrated in the Indian Ocean, a sailor dies? And is it true that a sack of rice is more likely to fall over in China than a Franconian is to ext a Maßkrug? Does Islam come from the yucca palm or are we afraid of fantasy? Is that why the Bavarian only imagined his "homeland"? What does the last nun of Bavaria think about it and what does the Schützenliesel have to do with it?
Mamma Mia Bavaria! Home is where it hurts especially!
