Lukas Geniušas & Ching-Yun Hu
Both pianists have delighted audiences on the world's most prestigious concert stages.
Lukas Geniušas' artistic greatness brought him much praise and numerous awards at the International Chopin Competition in Warsaw, International German Pianist Prize and Tchaikovsky Competition. Thus The Guardian writes: "At 25, Geniušas plays with the brilliance of a winner, even with a mature ability to recreate the architecture of a work and an expressiveness that does not overtly draw attention to itself."
The delicate physiognomy of Taiwan's Ching-Yun Hu should not deceive! Yediot Acharonot could not describe her more aptly: "We have been waiting for such a gigantic talent for years and here she is. Ching-Yun Hu, the amazing Taiwanese, is not only a great pianist, she is first and foremost a person who plays music; so human in every sound she produces. She plays, talks, prays. A phenomenon of nature. [...] She has the tension of Brendal, Perahia's emotionality and Barenboin's depth. Are we witnessing the birth of a new Martha Argerich?"
