Where are we going? And what are we doing? (Transfers between Literature and Music IV) The interaction of text and music is explored in a new and different way in this new series at the Romanfabrik - following on from the previous one ("Of the Musical Power of Language"). In the juxtaposition of text recitation and musical performance, the change of medium can be experienced directly and opens up spaces for individual experiences and interpretations. Five events will explore this transfer between media using a variety of examples from music and literature. Pianist Martin Pérénom performs the fourth concert within this series.
