Monkey Suite brings traditional punk rock to the stage as it was in the early '80s, when the genre brought rigorous toughness to the game and its melody created addictive potential. The sound of the quartet can be classified somewhere between "X-Ray Spex", the "Buzzcocks", "the Banhees" and "Iggy Pop". Darla DeVine, Uwe, Tommy and Chris play almost exclusively their own compositions and their sound mixture of punk, new wave, R&R and blasts of pop is still red-hot today.
