Sometimes playful, sometimes romantic, sometimes quirky - Mrs. Greenbird's musical truth lies precisely somewhere between folk, country and pop. You may also find it alternative, if you like. A pinch of blues now and then is not out of the question, they say, and if you find jazz, feel free to keep it. Above all this hovers Sarah Nücken's crystal clear voice with a very special, idiosyncratic timbre. And Steffen Brückner seems to have a complete band hidden in his countless guitars. The two are especially appreciated for their wonderful two-part vocal harmonies and their endearing, unaffected manner. And yet you can't pigeonhole Mrs. Greenbird, you just have to experience them for yourself.
