Extraordinary parents' evening in class 4c. Shortly before the report cards nobody wants to watch any longer how the perfectly planned school career of the little darlings is in danger. One thing is certain, the grades are not good enough for most of them to go to grammar school. It is clear who is to blame: the class teacher Mrs. Müller! Now it is called to act, before it is too late. "The Müller must go! If you're on the wrong post, you'll be expelled. Why should it be any different at school?" Naturally, parents agree that the problem cannot lie with the students. Their children are all very special individuals who need special encouragement now and then. But Mrs. Müller clearly lacks the ability and the pedagogical concept to do this, even if she doesn't want to admit it. "He's not highly gifted, but a clear case of ADD." Mrs. Müller doesn't give in so easily. She is a teacher by passion and has mastered quite other crises in her 19 years of professional life. And soon the parents' united front begins to crumble, because when it comes to kids, the fun stops! "If you want to be good people, go to Amnesty, but don't let your kids take the fall." Lutz Hübner is, along with William Shakespeare, the most performed author at German theatres. With his bitterly wicked comedy, he has succeeded in creating a ravishingly funny satire about helicopter parents.
