Mushrooms and their many forms and uses are the topic of the Mushroom Day 2017 at the Biosphärenhaus. From professional collecting to the recognition and identification of mushrooms to the preparation of mushrooms in the home kitchen leads the program on this day. Practical and theoretical passages alternate under expert guidance. A common meal - of course with mushrooms - is included in the participation fee.
