A Planet in Balance
The day-long National Geographic Expeditions travel festival by itravel revolves around travel, conservation and sustainability in a variety of ways. Follow exciting discussions, learn how you too can contribute to saving our planet and visit culinary different countries and cultures around the world.
At the evening event you will have the opportunity to meet special personalities who will tell you about their travels and their meaningful work: At the Frankfurt Travel Festival, for example, you can accompany National Geographic photographer Dieter Schonlau into the endangered jungle worlds, explore the diverse wildlife of Africa with nature and wildlife photographer Gabriela Staebler, and travel to the peaks and gods of the Himalayas with Austrian photographer Pascal Violo.
Theadmission to the evening event begins around 8:15 p.m. at the main entrance.
The ticket includes finger food as well as a goodie bag.
