The sun is shining and invites you to celebrate outside. There it is quite worthwhile to make an excursion. For example to Wiesbaden in the Nerotal. Here, on Saturday and Sunday, 17 and 18 June 2017, the popular Nerotalfest will take place for the eighth time. The celebration will take place around the festival meadow at the Schweizer Häuschen very close to the Thalhaus. The festival opens its doors on Saturday from 2pm to 10pm and on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.
A varied program ensures the best entertainment on two days. "Kruschel" the newspaper monster, Doris Friedmann as Pinocchia, J.P. solo, Sascha Demmrich, Catalina Olea, LateLounge, magician Zinnobro, Maxime, Matteo and Margit Lieverz provide plenty of variety.
On Sunday, the big park breakfast with picnic baskets from Café Blum will also take place again. Around the stage again the construction carpet for young and old, fun and games with the private bilingual all-day school, a fitness stand by Sascha Demmrich and of course the face painting for children. And of course, the historic cyclists who ride through the park on their penny-farthings as they did almost 120 years ago are not to be missed. On the meadow at the duck pond, a hockey course invites you to join in.
For the physical well-being is of course as always provided. There are delicious hamburgers and coffee and cake from Café Blum; "Vivika" ensures at the drinks bar that no one must suffer thirst.
The festival is organized by the initiative "Die Nerotaler" in cooperation with the cultural and the green space office. The organizers are looking forward to celebrating a nice park festival with the visitors
