Electronic music, rock, funk and contemporary music: these are the elements from which the music of the trio nic demasow draws.
The three musicians are dedicated to lively interaction and improvisation; they use themes and motifs from personal idols and develop from them their very own musical language with recognition value. On this way nic demasow always find their way back to the origin of jazz music via diverse musical styles and forms of playing.
Since their foundation in 2009 nic demasow have played well over 100 concerts in Germany and abroad. Electronic music, rock, funk and contemporary music - these are the elements from which the music of the trio nic demasow draws.
The trio released their first two albums, organised and scattered, on the Darmstadt-based label Fat & Holy. The current album, 3, is available as a digital release.
