Granted: you got a taste for the Nouruz festival somewhat suddenly last year, and it wouldn't have happened without the "2015er"-migration of many people from Afghanistan, Iran and Iraqi Kurdistan. And without the wonderful, sustained collaboration with ZAN, the Association for the Promotion of Afghan Women's Rights (the joint "Valuable Encounters"-Festivals took place almost monthly last year!).
The Nouruz Festival caused so many happy faces that there must be another one this year. Again, not just for those who know the festival from their country of origin or through their parents anyway, but for everyone.
Anyway, a cue is given for this year's festival: while last year's was "afghan"dominated, this year people with Iranian, Persian and Kurdish migration backgrounds should be especially happy (mail ideas to kontakt@hafen2.net) - that there will be more than enough Afghan music is out of the question.
What should definitely not change in relation to the last Nouruz festival is the non-commercial aspect.
The festival in 2016 managed entirely without alcohol, there is tea and mineral water, and anyone who remembers the atmosphere on the dance floor, in front of the stage and outside the hall will agree that there is absolutely no need for alcohol.
