This season, the theater is once again devoting itself to very current topics anchored in reality. So also with NSU 2.0:
On August 02, 2018, the Frankfurt lawyer Seda Başay-Yıldız receives a death threat. With the signature "NSU 2.0", the authors of the threatening letter refer to the group "National Socialist Underground", whose terror between 2000 and 2007 at least ten people had fallen victim. The longer the investigation goes on, the clearer it becomes: the police authority that is supposed to protect people like Başay-Yıldız from terror and extremism has a massive problem with right-wing extremists in its own ranks.
