A Tour de France musical
The Parisian metropolitan Gosse with obligatory beret and Fleur, the flower from the French provinces take the audience on a musical journey from the Parisian flea market to the provinces of Douce France.
What would France be without them? Provence is sung about as well as Normandy in the north and Alsace in the east. Along with it, you drink cider, eat Camembert, and along the way you get to look over George the butcher's shoulder.
All this gives rise to chansons from Dans Paris à vélo to C'est si bon of a beautifully not hackneyed mixture, which conveys pleasure and sorrow from cheese to the metro strike in the land of bon vivants and individualists mainly acoustically.
The Mademoiselles also sing the blues, bring in Dany Le Rouge as a barricade orator to the delight of those in the know, and really let it rock with Johnny Hallyday's Allumer le feu.
