"To the True Beautiful Good" is written on the magnificent facade of the Alte Oper. This guiding principle is also followed by the Opernplatzfest, which has been combining culinary and cultural delights in the most upscale way for forty years now.
Piano concerts, live music and culinary delights ranging from classic bratwurst to trendy street food and international specialities make you want to celebrate in the open air. It's really beautiful when the sun goes down and the Alte Oper begins to glow.
