Lots of misunderstandings, delightful secrecy, lustful frivolities and black-humorous dialogues, that's the cocktail served at this play. Every evening family idyll at marriage counsellor Vicky and copywriter Mark's: SHE peppers fish and chips through the elegant kitchen sideboard. HE comes home drunk and would like to trade in his business clothes for chain mail. Into the middle of the argument bursts Avon consultant Judith, naive, young, sexy and, it turns out, Mark's ex. Mark is rekindled and, not wanting to arouse suspicion in Vicky, invites Judith to a candlelit dinner with her hubby Eric. Soon one comical disaster follows the next and amazing things come to light. Both couples experience a truly amazing night.
"Opposite Sex" is loving and vicious. Definitely always with a double bottom!
