In Frankfurt, Germany's only public German-language text workshop, modelled on the "Ouvroir de Littérature Potentielle" (Workshop for Potential Literature) in Paris, meets every month. Ou Li Po Frankfurt presents samples from her nascent epistolary novel Madame Perrec.
You will also get a brief glimpse of the original French cell Ou Li Po in Paris with examples translated into German from the "provisionally definitive" collection of French contraintes, a set of rules consisting of restrictions or constraints for the creation of new literary texts.
Frankfurt language artist Franz Mon reads poems from the treasure trove of his decades of artistic creation. You will be encouraged to juggle words yourself: Playfully, "sardinosaurs" shall be invented, regular, neat and fantastic.
